FORDATA Virtual Data Room was waiting for this day to happen and it finally came! FORDATA got Two Awards through a renowned organization FinancesOnline, a fastest growing independent review platform.

We designed FORDATA to serve as a virtual data room that helps companies share sensitive info to potential investors, advisers, auditors, external parties. FinancesOnline recently affirmed that our solution exceptionally helps “preserve total information security and control”. In their review, FinancesOnline’s experts found FORDATA to be a well-designed software, thus granting us a spot in its top 10 IT Security Software Solutions of 2017 and recognized us with two prestigious awards.

The Great User Experience award for best IT security solutions is awarded to software solutions that enable users to easily and efficiently facilitate the work process. In FinancesOnline’s review, their experts stated that FORDATA “gives total and absolute control” on which files are accessible and shareable to users. FinancesOnline’s experts also praised FORDATA’s “flexible access rights and user management” that allows clients to categorize each role definition and create their access parameters. When companies need to embargo sensitive information, they can also temporarily block access to certain users.
