We provide you with a complete and compatible copy of your VDR (documents, reports, communication history) on an encrypted disc (usually an attachment to an investment agreement).

Scanning of a vast amounts of files in different formats, including unconventional ones, can make your project logistically complicated and time consuming. We know how to speed up documents preparation and automate the process of uploading. Scanning might take place in one of our scanning centers or at the client’s headquarters.
Translations can be ordered for the entire set of files shared within the Data Room or only for selected individual documents at every stage of the process. Translation services are performed by our partner, market leading translation agency specializing in legal, financial and banking translations.
It includes such document preparation works as structuring the files, naming, scan quality verification or whitening of the selected parts of the text (eg. name of the contractor, contractual amount). We can also resize and split big files in order to shorten the time of opening the documents once clicked in the VDR and convert non-PDF files, eg. Excel, Word, JPG to the top-protected PDF format.
