The second quarter of 2019 ended with a total of 63 transactions on the Polish M&A market, amounting to over 36% increase compared to the first quarter (46 transactions). In total, the half-year increase in relation to the analogical period of 2018 amounted to 11%. The market is fragmented and attractive to foreign investors.
