Popularity of the Virtual Data Room on the Polish M&A market

Publicly available data shows that in Q1 2018, as much as 46% of transactions were organised using the Virtual Data Room system, which is the highest result ever recorded by us. We are pleased that the VDR is now synonymous with a professional approach to transaction execution and a good market practice in the M&A industry.
