Fewer transactions, higher rateIn 2025, the financial sector was among the industries with a relatively low number of transactions (23 compared to 28 in 2024 and 25 in 2023), but at the same time of high strategic importance. The structure of transactions in 2025 was clearly different from previous years. While 2023 and 2024 were dominated by smaller restructuring and consolidation transactions, 2025 was dominated by systemic transactions carried out by strategic investors.
