Data Room Archive on DVD at the end of a transaction Includes saving the content of Data Room on the encrypted data carrier (DVD disc or USB flash). The archive contains entire documentation, activity reports and Q&A content (only if Q&A module was active). Depending on client's preferences, FORDATA team can save the entire content of Data Room or content from the viewpoint of a selected group of users, e.g. Investor. Module for confidential communication (Questions & Answers) It is a module of the system aiming to improve communication between project parties. It allows users, representing the other party of the process (e.g. investor), asking questions to the project manager, e.g. seller or his adviser. Most often, questions are related to documents, requests about new documents or other issues referring to the running process. Communication in the Q&A module is confidential, and different groups of users do not know about their existence as well. There are a few types of configuration the Q&A module and additional options that make managing the questions easier, like different general and daily limits of questions for different groups, question types (e.g.Financial), priorities etc.

Lite, Basic and Pro are different offers for the same product – FORDATA Virtual Data Room. The difference is that the Lite offer includes only access to the system. On the other hand, BASIC and PRO offers, as standard, include the support of our Customer Service team. At your request the team can carry out tasks such as documents upload or VDR management on your behalf.

In VDR Lite, you get a limited range of system functionalities and specific parameters (number of GB, users). VDR Lite has a default configuration and branding.

At any time, however, you can buy additional functionalities and freely increase the parameters of the service. Everything in this offer is standardized, but you can buy anything, with no restrains.

VDR BASIC and PRO, by definition, are fully customized. Starting from the link under which the Data Room is available, through security configuration (e.g.: the period after which user will be logged out, required periodical password change, number of required NDA acceptances), to the content of the NDA, which users must accept when logging in, the content of e-mails and watermarks on documents, or the layout of the system itself.

BASIC is dedicated to support mergers and acquisitions (M & A) transactions. In price, besides the fully customized system, you receive the support of our team, which will carry out all the time-consuming works related to VDR for you so that you can focus on the transaction and negotiations.

Our team is treated by customers as an extra member of the transaction team (more about what we can do for you HERE).

Additionally, at the end of the project, we copy the Data Room content (documents, reports) to an encrypted data carrier, which as standard is an attachment to the Investment Agreement.

From our experience, the minimum time to close the transaction is 3 months (optimally 6 months), hence the VDR contract in this offer is signed for 3 or 6 months.

In this offer everything is available and included in the price, which depends only on the size of data placed in the Data Room.

PRO contains the same as BASIC. Customers decide on it if they launch not one, but many transactions in the long run.

No. At any time you can change the Agreement, it is a matter of individual arrangements with the client. Please, contact us.

At the moment, we accept ordinary bank transfers and quick payments via Przelewy24. We accept transfers in PLN and EUR.

In the near future we will also introduce the possibility of card payments.

The service is being delivered within max. 3h from placing an order. We strive, however, that this time should not exceed 1 hour.

Orders placed on weekends, holidays or business days after 17.00 CET are carried out the next business day before noon.

Each Agreement (regardless of the selected offer) is automatically extended by another month. Of course, we will remind you about the end date, so that the extension and additional fees are not a surprise for you.

During the last 14 days of the Agreement, you can terminate the cooperation – just send us an email. We may also extend the Agreement for a longer period of time, according to your preferences. Please contact us.

In this situation, we encourage you to contact us! Basing on our experience with other clients, we are able to help you estimate the data size. Much depends on type of the project / transaction and industry.

If we are talking about the company’s sales process – important role plays information, such as: the estimated value of the transaction, whether the transaction concerns the sale of the entire company or, for example, a separated part of the enterprise, and if the company has many properties or branches.

Dedicated Project Manager is the person responsible for your project on FORDATA’s side. It is a person, known to you by name, to which you can always call if you need help or consultation regarding VDR management. The Project Manager also conducts dedicated VDR management training for you.

Support of the Customer Service Team includes performing all time-consuming tasks, such as loading documents, creating users, and managing permissions on your behalf.

It is an option that is being chosen by the clients, who use Data Room for the financial transactions, especially Mergers and Acquisitions.

FORDATA Team save the content of Data Room (entire or from the viewpoint of a selected group of users, e.g. Investor) on the encrypted data carrier (DVD disc).
